Leveraging years of experience in property management, his team provides refined design aesthetics, deep industry insights, and exceptional craftsmanship, treating each build as a unique piece of art tailored to the client’s vision.

In addition to his real estate ventures, Nicksain has made impactful contributions to the FinTech and technology sectors. He has formed teams focused on small app development, UI/UX design, and financial applications. He offers a range of consulting services, including strategic planning, project management, and team structuring, to help clients navigate the complexities of technological development and startup growth.

He began his career in sales in 2011, gaining essential skills that helped him generate revenue and understand customer needs effectively. This strong sales foundation was crucial as he transitioned into the banking industry, where he was responsible for tech support and customer experience management. In 2018, he launched Birks Asset Management, applying his accumulated skills to his business.

Committed to philanthropy, Nicksain actively supports the South Asian and Asian Public Services (SAAPS) organization, collaborating with law enforcement to provide growth opportunities for at-risk youth in the Toronto, York, and Peel regions.
